Reporting to the Senior Metallurgist, the role is to provide technical support to processing to facilitate achievement of site targets and objectives and identify opportunities for improvement in performance and reduction in costs.
The incumbent therefore must possess a high level of technical metallurgical skills applicable to problem solving in metallurgical plants, especially mineral processing operations.
To be successful in this role, you must be tertiary qualified in Metallurgy or related discipline.
Experience in Flotation and/or SAG milling will be highly regarded.
