The role
To develop a diverse portfolio of high quality district scale exploration projects in non-core commodities, ensuring that evaluations are of high quality, clearly focussed and cost/time effective.
The successful candidate
Reporting to the Executive General Manager Exploration & Resources the successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Geology, 10+ exploration experience, highly organised with excellent planning and execution skills. Can work effectively under constant pressure, an ability to operate harmoniously in cross cultural environments, experience in negotiating/completing joint venture and alliance agreements.
Your excellent interpersonal, leadership and development skills will mean you are highly capable in advancing exploration projects through to feasibility studies. Along with high levels of motivation, initiative and ability to deliver results, you should also be competent in Microsoft Office, Access and Mapinfo.
