Title: Production Engineer - Mining
looking for dynamic Production Engineers - Mining
MINE PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Reporting to the Production Engineering Superintendent your main duties will include:
· Execution of timely and accurate short and medium term plans. (weekly to 12 monthly)
· Design of workable and cost effective open pits, waste dumps and associated mine infrastructure.
· Drill & blast design and scheduling.
· Contractor management associated with external rehandle fleet.
· Provide support and planning for the mine production department.
As the successful candidate you will posses;
· A Mining Engineering degree or relevant technical qualifications (along with a clearly defined plan to obtain engineering qualifications)
· At least 2-4 years experience in a similar role.
· An unrestricted Quarry Manager's certificate is desirable but not essential.
